Client Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for
ALL scheduled appointments. The client must personally notify
their professional at least 24-36hours in advance to cancel a
session or they will be charged the full price for that session.
For sessions cancelled within 36 hours, the client will be
responsible for 50% of the price for that session.
Non-Solicitation Policy: During the term of this Agreement and
for a period of 12 months after the termination of this
Agreement, Client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit,
induce, or hire any employees, contractors, or associates of
Provider, or encourage them to terminate their employment or
contractual relationship with Provider, without the prior
written consent of Provider.
Liability Policy: Provider shall not be liable to the Client or
any third party for any indirect, special, consequential, or
incidental damages arising out of or related to the services
provided under this Agreement, whether or not Provider has been
advised of the possibility of such damages.
Late Policy: If the client is late for a session, the
professional may shorten the session by the amount of time the
client was late.
Payment Policy: It is the client’s responsibility to pay for
sessions prior to, or on the day of Session. Payments accepted
in the forms of check, cash, or major credit card.
